Special designed Vacuum Brazing Bush Hammer Roller For Manufacturer with frankfurt base can also install 45s, 60s, 72s, 99s and other grinding wheels on frankfurt base.The vacuum brazed bush hammer head has a size of φ50mm×w32mm.
This Frankfurt type bush hammer plate is vacuum brazed and can be used on automatic grinding machines. With a frankfurt type steel base, it is simple to install or uninstall it. We provide different diamond grits for making different finishes.
Vacuum brazing is a welding technology for attaching the diamonds or carbide chips on the blank rollers(right now, the diamonds are mostly used).
The vacuum brazed bush hammer roller is the roller used the welding technology of vacuum brazing, for making sandblast bush-hammered profiles on soft stones(like marble, etc.).
There is a wide range of diamond grits you can choose, for coarse grinding, medium grinding, and fine grinding.
