Chinese high-tech Industrialization Association inBeijingHosted by the Changsha Sea Superhard Materials Tools Co., Ltd. completed the "combination of Diamond Wire Saw" project will evaluate scientific and technological achievements.
Technical Evaluation Committee heard a report on completion of the project research units, the evaluation data were reviewed by the questions and discussion that the main innovations of the project are as follows: the establishment of a cold isostatic pressing - pressureless sintering diamond wire saw beads of methods to improve production efficiency and product quality stability; optimize the structure of wire saw innovation high temperature vulcanization injection fixed, built-in connectors diamond braid without technology, a better solution and a combination of fixed rope saw in the late frequently broken rope question; by optimizing the matrix material and the proportion of diamond size with improved carcass gripping force and cutting efficiency of diamond.
Meanwhile, the project has passedNational non-ferrous metallurgy and electronic product quality supervision and inspection centerTo achieve large-scale production. Have been exported to Germany, India, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Iran and other countries, and achieved good economic and social benefits, broad application prospects. And project-related technology with independent intellectual property rights, has received 3 national invention patents.
To this end, the Committee considers the project evaluation technology to achieve similar production technologyInternationalAdvanced level, it was agreed by the scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
