Do You Know The Cutting Operation Regulations Of Diamond Multi-Wire?
1. Loading slab. Along the cutting direction, set the stone block front high and rear low, with 3 to 5 degree declination. In order to avoid the shake of the block, the support brick and stone block are fixed by gypsum, and change the support bricks every time while the block finishing cutting.
2. Wire setting. Set the wires with plumb bob vertical line, adjust the trolley to make sure the distance from side wire to block edge is 3cm on two sides (the group saw is on the inner side of the rock).
3. Check wire before cutting. Check guide wheel rails, see if there are damages or wire derailed. Check every wire and see if all of them are properly installed on guide wheel rails.
4. Cutting parameter setting. The linear speed of the wire saw shall be adjusted according to different types of stones during cutting:
Grade 1-2 granite: 25-30m/s
Grade 3-4 granite: 22-26m/s
Grade 5 granite: 20-24m/s
Marble: 30-45m/s
Abrasive rock: 30-35m/s
In order to be good for the beads, the linear speed should be 2-3m/s less than that mentioned above in the initial cutting stage of the new wire saw.
When use diamond multi-wire cutting, ensure that the current of single diamond wire saw does not exceed 2.5A.
5. Separate slabs and slabs unload. Separating the slabs (12 or 13 pieces as a group) after cutting finished. Isolate the slabs with little triangle spacer, then unload the slabs one group by one group.
