Why are there any bad habits that affect the service life of diamond saw blades?
Boreway diamond saw blades are widely used and can be used for concrete cutting, Stone cutting, ceramic tile cutting, quartz stone Cutting, microcrystalline stone cutting, stone board cutting, block cutting, etc.
When using diamond saw blades, there will be some improper operations, which will affect the use of diamond saw blades and the length of life. Let us see what bad habits there are?
1: The diamond saw blade did not choose a suitable cutting machine
When choosing a cutting machine, pay special attention to the power, speed, rigidity, and accuracy of the cutting machine. For example, diamond saw blades below ¢ 150 are suitable for use with adjustable speed cutting machines with a speed of 1 ~ 1.5 KW and a rotating speed of 7255 ~ 14500 r.pm; ¢ 150 ~ 230 saw blades are suitable for use with an adjustable speed of 1.5 ~ 3 KW and a rotating speed of 4000 ~ 11000 r.pm. Cutting machine.
2: The diamond saw blade is not installed correctly
Install the saw blade to ensure that the diamond saw blade runs smoothly and does not generate vibration during the cutting process (except for the impact of the quality of the saw blade and the rigidity of the cutting machine). When installing the saw blade, first make sure that the direction of blade opening marked on the saw blade is consistent with the rotation direction of the cutter spindle; the surfaces of the saw blade installation hole, cutter spindle, and flange must be cleaned, and they must be ensured The contact is smooth and good; the diameter of the flange should be selected reasonably according to the diameter of the saw blade.
3: The diamond saw blade does not use coolant before cutting
Coolant has two functions: one is cooling. Due to the friction and impact between the diamond saw blade and the stone during the cutting process, a large amount of heat is generated on the cutting surface. A large amount of coolant is continuously sprayed from the front and back and both sides of the saw blade to the incision. Good cooling and protection of the saw blade; another function of using coolant is chip flushing. When the coolant rushes to the incision at a certain pressure (generally required hydraulic pressure greater than 0.1MPa), it will take away a large amount of material chips, which is of great benefit to reducing the secondary wear of the diamond bit and the matrix.
