1 Trapezoidal Head HTC Grinding Bar are the best solution for large areas of thin coating removal, leveling and smoothing high spots in concrete, and work very well for concrete cleaning.

Their segments are designed for aggressive grinding of concrete to make short work of your larger projects.

Feature:

Diamond Bond Choice

1. Soft Bond - For Hard Concrete, between 4000 and 5500 psi. Bonds needs to be soft to expose diamond crystals to grind the hard surface. Hard concrete contains hard granite, quartz, river stone, flint rock.

2. Medium Bond - For Medium Concrete, between 2500 and 4000 psi - Suggested in most cases, most popular and most common bond used. For use on floors containing common pit gravel and/or medium river stone, traprock, crushed gravel. The Soft and Hard Bonds are typically reserved for extreme (uncommon) cases.

3. Hard Bond - For Soft Concrete, typically under 2500 psi. Bond has harder metals in its matrix to withstand the abrasion, so the diamond crystals are not kicked-out before they have a chance to work the surface. Soft concrete contains limestone, sandstone, dolmite, soft shell.

We also offer Super Soft Bond for Extra Hard Concrete, over 5500 psi. And Super Hard Bond for Extra Soft Concrete.
